![]() | Jane Wiggins is a qualified professional Facilities Manager (FM) with a highly respected reputation and access to a wide range of contacts in the sector. She has a range of qualifications to support her experience including a MBA, Certified Facilty Manager designation, CIPD Diploma in Training and Development, NEBOSH General Certificate, Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate, Diploma in Management Studies and Advanced Diploma of the Institute of Administrative Management. Jane has gained over twenty years practical experience in managing complex working environments for both small and large, private and public sector organisations, such as the BBC, British Airways, University of Winchester and Institute of Education. Using open and participative management styles, Jane has led sizeable departments and teams of staff, both direct employees and contractors. Since 2004, Jane has been tutoring students to gain their professional BIFM examinations, and has been the tutor to the BIFM Student of the Year winner each year from 2004 to 2008. |
Educator and Writer Jane is a member of several FM magazine Editorial Boards and a judge for both the annual Property and Facilities Management (PFM) magazine Annual Partnership Awards and the BIFM International Awards for Excellence. Jane is regular contributor to the FM press, with numerous articles on the education and training of FMs as well as topic specific articles on various aspects of facilties management. Jane is a contributory author to the Complete Guide to Facilities Management published by Tottel and has written two 12-feature series for the Facilities Management journal published by LexisNexis.
