Jane has written for The Complete Guide to Facilities Management, a loose leaf publication covering a range of topics. Her chapter is "Front of House and Customer Care", and she has also written case studies on Vodafone HQ, arena21 at Lloyds TSB City HQ and learnpurple talent management. Jane has written and produced new and updated student materials and workbooks for BPP Professional Education covering the 20 competencies of the BIFM examination syllabus. The materials comprise a study guide, revision guide and 16 subject workbooks.
She has been a regular contributor to the Essential Facilities Management Magazine published 10 times a year, covering a range of topics such as Purchasing, Law, Professional Development, Benchmarking, Support Services, and Customer
In 2006 Jane was commissioned by Croners to write 18 features for their online publication CRONER-i Facilities Management, on a wide range of topics such as security, business continuity, workplace smoking and many more.
Jane was a finalist in the BIFM Journalist of the Year 2006 for an article published by FM World.
